I have received your letter in the main this mail this week that was more than likely generated by form letter generated to all over you contacts / patients at the University Hospital Coloado -- Infectious Disease department.

With what was the expereinces that I have had with your attempt resolve involvements not at any reliable "client-centered" standard approach in my case... I am actually insulted to the words that appear onto that page.

Particuarly, "I consider mself very fortunate to have had the opportunity to know you and partner with you in your care."

If that statement is not challeenged here by me as a crock of bullshit after the fact -- I say I don't deserve to remain standing proud here in my self-supportive creativey here to knowing right and wrong. This statement frankly is out of the "moral lines" of balance and interpersonal relations between us as a matter of fact record to which has been placed onto the web -- public memespace filed.
